I am trying to open an existing document, change the values of some text input fields then save the modified document.
I am using the FindFieldByValue function and can successfully update some fields. However, the problem I am having is that the Fields collection only seems to contain those fields which appear at the start of a line/paragraph. It does not include fields in the middle of a line/paragraph.
Is this behaviour by design or am I missing something here?
I hope someone can point me in the right direction as I seem to be going round in circles!
